What are you willing to do to encounter God's presence?

Are you willing to lay down your pride?

Are you willing to lay down your image?

Are you willing to lay down your shame?

Are you willing to lay down that playlist?

Are you willing to lay down your dignity?

Are you willing to be undignified in the eyes of humans in complete adoration to the King of Kings? To the Lord of hosts.

To your Holy, heavenly, Father?

Oh man, is your self more important than knowing the Lord?

Is your self more important that experiencing fullness in Him?

Is your self more important than He?

The creator of heaven & earth?

Oh man, where did you fall so far as to believe that you are so important as our Lord

He is glorious and sinless

We are sinful

Yet He does not keep that against us

Is that not reason enough to lay down

Your... self?

Is that not reason enough to lay down your pride, your image?? Your shame???

Is God not more important than your dignity in the eyes of human beings!?

Oh He deserves it all. He deserves all the glory

He deserves our Holy, undignified adoration

What are you willing to do to encounter His presence?
