God Moments || 1

I went to the beach a while ago, while there, the ones whom I went with tried to convince me to go and swim. but I said no. The reason I said no was, because I wanted to observe the ocean, the wind, the waves. And the mystery of the ocean and its sounds.

So, as they went swimming, and laughing in the water, I observed. And as I observed I saw all that which desired to see.

The wonder of the ocean. The wind, as it gently caressed my skin where I sat. And sound of the waves crashing down.

Then, A God moment happened. And as I was sitting there, I started to notice the people. I looked for beauty and wonder without even looking at the people.

And that is where God reminded me, that they too have a soul like mine.

They too, yearn to love, and live in joy. They too have a hole inside of them, that only one can fill.

Yah reminded me, to see the beauty in others.

My heart also broke as I kept observing. I then realized that a vast number of these people do not know of the one who can fill the hole within.

I personally remember not knowing that one. And it broke me thinking that these people are there right now. These people, with souls, souls that look like mine.

As a deep sense of empathy flooded my heart. I started praying. I started praying for every soul that was on that beach. Every soul that did not know the one, that they would come to know, and love Him.

I went to the beach, expecting one thing, and returning with it, and more. Such is the presence of God. You see, I sought to see God in one way. And He showed himself to me in many ways. I can confidently say and testify of these verses; You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13; Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, Ephesians 3:20 NIV.

In many ways than one, He has given a me revelation similar like this. Through seeking to see him with my whole heart. He has shown me wonders and revealed to me mysteries. I have seen His throne room and His Holy Glory.

My prayer is that this one story serves and an encouragement to you. To keep seeking Him. To look for Him in all things, and in everyone. To glorify Him. And to tell other people about the one who fills the hole within.
